About Doug

After getting his first Real Estate License in 1980, Doug Hartmann Sr. founded Hartmann Realtors in Collinsville in 1984 and ran a Sales and Property Management Company.

Doug Hartmann Jr. bought the sales portion of Hartmann Realtors in 2006 and it has flourished as a Franchised Sales Brokerage for 12 years. In September of 2018 Doug and Doug Jr, with Kris Hartmann, merged both companies back together as Hartmann Realtors Inc., with a Hartmann Rentals Division.

Being in business this long we have developed excellent contacts and resources for financing, marketing, closings, local vendors and contractors, and all other things Real Estate.

As well as being involved in numerous committees in the State and Local Realtor Associations, MLS boards, and other business associations; Both Doug and Doug Jr. have been past GGAR Association Presidents and Both have been named by their colleagues as GGAR Realtors’ of the Year.
