As a listing agent, he thoughtfully helps to prepare each property for sale to attract the target buyer. Services may include coordinating cleaning, staging, identifying contractors and recommending improvements that will yield a higher sales price. Doug works to maintain enduring client relationships with repeat clients buying and selling, as well as referring their friends and family. Originally growing up in the Hudson Valley in New York, Doug came to Boston in 2001 and went to Northeastern. His interest in entrepreneurship hit just after college when he started doing sales and rentals. He loves understanding how people live and was inspired to learn and grow in the real estate world. He now lives in Melrose and when he’s not busy with real estate, he loves spending time with his family, cooking, getting outside, cross-fitting and traveling.
