My family moved to Corpus Christi from Beaumont, Texas when I was 3 years old. I grew up on the "Southside" when Saratoga was half empty and Yorktown barely existed! I am a proud graduate of Windsor Park EL, Baker MS, and Ray High School where I played basketball and participated in NHS, theatre, and Odyssey of the Mind.
I graduated from Texas A&M University and received my master's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University where I began my career as a college basketball coach. After coaching and teaching collegiately for 12 years, my wife Carrie and I decided to settle at "home" in Corpus Christi.
Basketball is still a huge part of my life, as I own and operate STX Athletics / South Texas All-Star Basketball in which we host basketball camps, clinics, and leagues for kids all across the area.
Real Estate has been in my family since I was 8 years old and would be honored to help you throughout the process. In 2022 and again in 2023, I was named to the Coldwell Banker President's Circle and recognized as a Top 100 agent in the state of Texas and a Top 3 producer in Corpus Christi.
In 2023 I earned designations as a Luxury Property Specialist, a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and my sales volume allowed me to become a GUILD member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

I also work closely with my mother, Judy Nichols, who has been a top producer in Corpus Christi for over 30 years. She holds certifications as an expert stager and an expert contract negotiator.
