For more than 22 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market throughout North San Diego County. Having lived in North San Diego County my entire life and in Valley Center for more than 25 years, I offer firsthand knowledge of the communities, lifestyle, and unique characteristics that make this area such a special place to live.
I’m an Associate Broker with Krueger Realty and specialize in country properties, acreage, view homes, equestrian properties, and unique rural estates. While Valley Center is my primary market, I proudly serve clients throughout North San Diego County.
My background extends beyond traditional real estate sales. After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration/Real Estate, I earned my California real estate broker’s license and later worked in my family’s construction company, helping provide high-end custom home and remodeling services throughout North County. I was also involved in the marketing and sales of custom home projects and spent time working in the mortgage industry assisting clients with purchase and refinance loans.
That experience gives me a broader understanding of homes, construction quality, property value, financing, and the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction — particularly with rural and custom properties.
My approach is straightforward, responsive, and low pressure. I believe in honest communication, strong negotiation, and treating clients the way I would want my own family treated.
