Doug Roemer

Originally hailing from Dayton, Ohio, I have called Louisville home for the past 17 years, bringing a deep understanding of the local market. Before diving into real estate, I've experienced a diverse career journey, including law, mortgage lending, sales, and business ownership, giving me the pefect mix of knowlege and experience to be the best advocate for my clients when negotiating the purchase or sale of a home. When I'm not busy helping clients find their dream homes, you can catch me on the golf course, tennis court, or pickleball court, soaking up the outdoors (preferably in temperatures over 55 degrees!), and cherishing moments with my family, including my wife, Alison, our dog "Lucky", and our two college-going children, Kyle and Katy. If I'm really lucky, I might find myself with my feet in the sand somewhere. Fun fact: I have completed three marathons and one half Ironman triathlon, hopefully a testament to the drive and effort I put into every aspect of life.
