Doug Van Epps

Doug was an Executive Chef and restauranteur until 2013 when he sold his restaurants and buildings and decided to go full time into real estate. He was licensed originally in Indiana and worked as an agent near Indianapolis until 2015 when he moved to Louisville Kentucky and also became licensed here as well. He has worked as a full time Realtor since 2013 and has become very skilled at helping buyers and sellers get the most out of their real estate needs. He has worked with many first-time buyers over the years and have put together a new buyer’s worksheet to help them navigate the process. He is currently licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and actively works on both sides of the river.

Throughout the years, Doug has also done several commercial and residential development projects, often serving as his own contractor, and even his own laborer. This allows hi, to use his technical aptitude to help buyers and sellers have a true understanding of a home’s character and real market value.
