Doug was able to find us the most amazing home which we are still enjoying today. He listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us what we knew we weren't looking for. He was professional, friendly and took the time to make sure we found the perfect home. We were new to the area and Doug took the time and showed us around the area. He is a wonderful agent and a great guys - we still consider him a friend today. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Doug was recommended to us by friends. We were a little apprehensive to start since we were searching for a home in the Fort Myers area and Doug was out of Naples. Initially we chose him as our agent when purchasing our property because of his attention to the details about the property we were seeking and his follow up skills We found Doug to have exceptional listening, analytic and negotiating skills. The property we purchased from him was exactly what we had wanted and he jumped through hoops in finding it for us. When it came time to sell the property (at a profit) there was only one agent that we considered and it was Douglas Brunner. Our only regret is that Doug is not available to us in Canada when we execute property purchases and selling.
