Thank you, Doug for the attention and care you gave us while searching for a house in Portland as we reside in California! Doug helped my daughter and her partner make our ”out of the town” house search and purchase enjoyable and hassle-free! He made sure communication was timely and followed up on issues that could have potentially delayed the process. He shared neighborhood reports that helped us decide where to look and the price range to offer. Doug was candid and offered his opinion about the market and locations, which helped decide our focus area. We found a lovely home for our family and closed within 30 days! Very personable! The prospect of being a 1st time home owner was very intimidating to me and Doug went out of his way able to break down the options available to us that worked financially; Even with the strict limitations I had financially and my personal preferences Douglas took everything into consideration and provided alternatives.
