He has developed over 1.0 million square feet of large scale office, industrial, and retail projects and has completed over 30 commercial construction projects as a General Contractor. Mr. Driver has written numerous research reports and articles on the South Florida commercial real estate markets. He has been published in Miami Today, The South Florida Business Journal, Florida Real Estate Journal, Multihousing News, Urban Land (magazine), Chicago Tribune, Commercial Investment Real Estate (magazine), and Miami Herald. Mr. Driver was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute and Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation by the Master Inspector Certification Board. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified General Contractor, and a Licensed Home Inspector in the State of Florida. Mr. Driver graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Florida.
