The Grisbaum Group, essentially, began back in 1986 when Douglas Grisbaum, fresh out of college, followed his father and grandfather into the real estate business. Doug honed his skills in the family Business for many years. He began to build a team within the company by hiring other agents and an administrative assistant. In 2016,Doug opened his own office under the Long & Foster brand. With a combination of marketing, media and old fashioned networking, Dougs team has grown to over 10 agents and 2 administrative assistants.
