About Douglas

Doug is a Wall Township native and life long resident of the New Jersey Shore. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree and serving as a school teacher and coach, he continues to be active in the community helping many non-profit organizations. These include the Manasquan Elks (handicapped children & Veterans), Monmouth/Ocean Foodbank, Madonna House, Interfaith Neighbors, Dottie's House, MS, Breast Cancer and Clean Ocean Action.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR). Locally, he served on the (SMBR) South Monmouth Board of Realtors Board of Directors from 2005, culminating as their 2014 President. Here he was the Chairman of the Jim Hoag Scholarship and served on the Executive, Nominating and Welcome Wagon Committees. He also, served on the (NJAR) New Jersey Association of Realtors Board of Directors from 2008-2014. Doug traveled to Trenton, NJ and Washington D.C. multiple times to fight for home ownership rights.

As a dedicated professional, he recognizes the value of continuing education. Doug has earned three Realtor designations. These include the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). These designations are achieved through additional educational courses and performance based criteria. Earning these designations allows him to continue to elevate his level of performance and better serve the needs of his clients.

Doug has been successfully selling real estate in Monmouth and Ocean counties since 1992 and is now a member of the NJAR Quarter Century Club. He has sold everything from condominiums to ocean fronts. He is a constant multi-million dollar producer and has repeatedly earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Salesperson and Listing Agent of the Month awards.
