As a first time homebuyer looking in a very small radius with a crazy market, I wasn’t always hopeful but Doug was beyond helpful and positive. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction for anything needed and made the whole experience amazing. He worked all hours of the night when needed, responding quickly and helped me reach our goals. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise, knowledge, patience and amazing work ethic. He made the whole home buying experience amazing and our dream come true. We own a house!

The best decision we made in buying a house is to work with Doug, especially in this crazy housing market. Doug is awesome to work with, constantly going above and beyond, knows the continuously changing market, and how to make things happen in it, a real get it done guy! If you are looking to buy or sell a home look no further than Doug to make it happen, hands down best in the business! Doug got us the right house for us (the one we wanted) and knew how to seal the deal over all the other prospective buyers. Mr. Seley was a God send. As a new inexperienced buyer, he was effective and thorough in explaining my options in bloomfield hills. Not only did he help make a plan, we were then able to develop and put into action when I was comfortable. Working with him made me feel confident! Doug nailed it on the first showing!!! Not only was he timely, he knew the process and knew exactly what to offer to beat out other bids. In this pandemic market of housing it was unheard of to beat out straight cash offers and he got it on the first try.

His dedication to his craft and selflessness is rare and it’s what I admire most about him, and also why I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Doug was a great realtor and was very knowledgeable about the market and what needed to be done for my mom to get the most out of her condo. He had an open house which brought in a lot of potential buyers and the condo ended up selling in 2 days! I would definitely recommend him if you need a great realtor!!
