Douglas T. Watson

As broker/owner of Realty Pros of Kentuckiana in Louisville, Doug brings over 25 years of sales and service to the Real Estate profession. He has 24 years field experience as a Real Estate Appraiser. Since 2003, Doug has been the operator of his own appraisal company, Watson Appraisals, LLC.

In 2005, Doug earned his Real Estate license in the state of Kentucky. He was awarded the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation by the National Association of REALTORS® in 2008, a distinction bestowed on less than 2% of all certified appraisers across the nation.

Doug completed the requirements to earn the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in 2013. In early 2014, Doug received his Real Estate Broker's license in both Kentucky and Indiana. Since 2010, Doug has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®.
