Drew Niswonger

I grew up in the Kansas City area, moved to Florida in 2006 and I currently live in New Smyrna Beach. I like to spend my free time boating, kayaking and fishing when I have the chance. My oldest son is stationed in Tucson, AZ with the Air Force and his brother is a full-time student at Daytona State College.

I worked for 12 years as a Foreclosed Property Asset Manager with World Savings, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. Prior to that I was a Loan Officer working with retail and wholesale customers. I am very familiar with specialized loan programs and personally used an FHA 203k (Rehab Loan) to remodel a 1949 Bungalow here locally.

I have worked with many 1st Time Homeowners, 2nd Home, Investors and Primary Residence buyers throughout Volusia County and the surrounding areas. There are a lot of differences when purchasing a condo, traditional home, manufactured home or vacant land. I have experience with all of these types of properties. I am very detailed and customer service oriented.
