Duke Cox is a renowned realtor serving in the Wayne County, NC area. Mr. Cox is a native of Goldsboro, NC, and is the grandson to a local BBQ restaurant empire. Duke recently earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the Western Governors University and his undergrad at Mounty Olive College. Duke married his beautiful wife in May of 2000, and together they have had two amazing children. He has worked for 18+ years in mental health and is currently a mobile crisis counselor. Duke helps people overcome depression, anxiety, substance dependence, and other mental health issues.
