Excellent. Dustin found the right piece of property for us based on our wants and needs quickly. He guided us through the feasibility study portion, made phone calls on our behalf and brought the transaction to a perfect close. He does a great job… cares about his clients and follows up consistently even after the sale is finished. Finally, agents today navigate new laws and old laws alike. They can easily be handcuffed and can turn into glorified babysitters of transactions. Dustin does this with care and professionalism that’s pretty hard to find these days. I’d hire him again and again without any hesitation.

Dustin has handled the sale of one home and the purchase of another home for us. Each was handled professionaly and in a very timely manor. Both when the real estate market was tough. Our questions and concerns were always met with prompt responses from Dustin. His vast knowledge of this industry combined with his knowledgd of construction, and construction codes are extremely helpful in buying or selling a home. Not to mention that he is a super friendly guy! My Huaband and I highly reccomend the expertise of Dustin Gassert!

Best realtor we’ve had - used him for 2 sales and 1 purchase so far and will continue to use him as long as we live in TN. No nonsense, no manipulation, really cares about his customers and will bend over backwards for you. Highly recommended if you are looking for a straight-up agent who won’t lie to you just to get your business or close a sale, but can still negotiate a good deal and fight on your behalf.

We absolutely loved working with Dustin. We made the move to Tennessee a year and a half ago and Dustin made the move easy and enjoyable. My husband came out to interview for a job and Dustin and him set up a full day of house showings. We found our house that day made a offer and it got accepted!

When is came time for our family to move across country he helped make a very stressful situation go so seamless for us! There was a period of time where we had to store some things until we could officially move things into the new house and he offered to let us store those items with him. We were so thankful for him offering to do that for us and saved us stress and money trying to find somewhere to put our things. Since we were purchasing across country he also made it to all of our inspections and handled every detail for us in securing the home.

Any time anyone has asked us for a realtor recommendation we give Dustin’s name because we know they will be in good hands and he will take care of them! We are so happy yo be out here in Tennessee and Dustin played such a big part in this new chapter for our lives!
