Dustin was such a pleasure to work with. Not only was he very responsive, but he was also always available and worked VERY hard to make sure he was always finding us the best options. We lived in a different city, and Dustin was always happy to go on virtual tours/video walk throughs. When we eventually made it to Chicago to do in-person tours, Dustin made the search process so much easier by creating the perfect schedule for us and lining up excellent options! If you want to work with someone who will take initiative, and work tirelessly until you find the perfect home, Dustin is the way to go! He is also very friendly and easy to talk to, which is a quality I believe to be important in someone who is helping you in a home search!

I was having difficulty finding a tenant for our rental property and couldn’t find any good prospects due to the current world events. I waited too long trying on my own, but now I know I should have found someone earlier to help me with renting my property! I was lucky to find Dustin from Fulton Grace Realty. I know their office just opened up in my neighborhood but never believed I would utilize any real estate agency services to help look for future tenants. I decided one day to step in and ask how the whole process looks like. I met Dustin the realtor and with confidence and patience, he said he will help. And he did, just like he promised!
Dustin is the best real estate agent ever! He is very knowledgeable and professional and somehow knows what we need or want before we say it. Dustin also has great suggestions when it comes to advertising, lease agreements or solutions for the apartment to make it more marketable. He is a problem solver and works very creatively, patiently and quickly! You will not find a better agent for ALL your real state needs than Dustin!

Moving cross-country can be a daunting task. The stress of purging, packing and unpacking your material items is enough to make most people lose whatever scraps of sanity they have left, particularly during an ongoing global pandemic. Not to mention the coordination of utility cancellations and activation's. Add searching for a new home in a city of which you have little to no familiarity on top of it all...it seems like an insurmountable task.

I am truly glad I found Dustin to help take some of the load off, by acting as our local representative in Chicago. He provided us with apartment recommendations, pictures and videos of prospective locations. He also gave his insight regarding the safety of our intended neighborhood. Dustin did a spectacular job helping my wife and I find our new home, and I would absolutely recommend him for any of your real estate needs! Thank you Dustin!!

Dustin reached out and sent me apartment options that matched my search criteria. Simultaneously, I found an apartment online that I loved and knew would end up being rented very quickly. I was having so much trouble trying to set up a viewing by myself. When I reached out to Dustin regarding that unit, he got me a viewing THAT DAY and also continued to send me tons of different options just in case that first apartment didn’t work out. We toured the apartment and applied that same night. Since then, he’s been very responsive, reaching out and answering any questions I have about the lease. Our experience with Dustin was great. He was always professional and very attentive. One phone call was enough for him to learn the details of what we were looking for and provide several options for us to consider. He helped us schedule tours ahead of time, and was also very responsive when we needed to change plans on the run. Once we found the right place for us, he made sure to keep us informed as the lease was being formalized, and even helped us review it to make sure everything was in line.
