The reason we contacted Dwayne is he appeared to be the most successful agent in the market. Dwayne had and still has the most listings. His listings are always very well advertised with well placed and diverse media. I could tell by his market presence he would be the best choice for us. I know that successful, busy agents aren't going to waste our time. Upon meeting Dwayne, he was as I expected very much business focus, very knowledgeable about the market. He was open and direct which I like and he put up with our family of five caravanning around to multiple homes in a rushed search. What impressed me most with Dwayne is he is an extremely hard worker, but always seemed available. He would get back with us very quickly and if we had a question he could get us an answer quickly. I'd recommend Dwayne to anyone, he is a great family guy, and he is the most knowledgeable person in the area on real estate. Trust him, don't waste his time if you’re not ready to do business because he is a true professional is ready to make things happen. He will look out for you and take care of the details so you can have a worry free transaction. Dwayne was the first friend we made in the community and is still there when we need help with anything.

Dwayne listed my Mom's house on October 4. We signed a contract with the buyer on November 29 and the loan was closed on January 13. We found Dwayne to be honest and trustworthy. I appreciated that he discouraged us from accepting an offer that he thought was lower than the value of the house. After the contract was signed he followed up regularly to keep us informed about that status of the buyer's loan and when to expect the loan to closed.
