Upon meeting Mr.Young-Boone and explaining my needs for my next property, he took right off. Within the first week, we were previewing properties and by the next week we were making an offer. Dwayne handled our negotiations quickly and I closed the following week. Dwayne provided all necessary paperwork and informed me on what to expect during closing. At closing, everything was processed quickly and the whole team was very knowledgeable about the process and explained every step in a way that a novice buyer, like myself, could understand.
