From there he helped manage and lead large commercial construction projects in San Diego such as the building of the Arts and Humanities building at San Diego City College. This extensive construction background has given him a keen eye for details and a strong understanding for how things are built. He also owns and manages single and multifamily rental properties in the San Diego area giving him a well rounded perspective on Real Estate investing as a whole.
