With over $30M in real estate transactions in the past 4 years he strives to always put his clients first. Dylan serves all of San Diego county from the beaches in North County to the hills in Rancho Santa Fe and beyond.

He began his passion in Real Estate by remodeling single family homes in residential construction and then expanded that to his college education by obtaining his bachelor's degree in Construction Management at the University of Washington. From there he helped manage and lead large commercial construction projects in San Diego such as the building of the Arts and Humanities building at San Diego City College. This extensive construction background has given him a keen eye for details and a strong understanding for how things are built. He also owns and manages single and multifamily rental properties in the San Diego area giving him a well rounded perspective on Real Estate investing as a whole.

Dylan prides himself on being client-focused and builds personalized connections with each of his clients.
