Dyndi is the best realtor!!!! She just isn’t in it for the money but cares about you as a person to make sure you get the best. She takes the time to show you houses that are best for you. I have learned so much from her when looking at homes. She also took care of us selling our house going thru all the steps with us to make sure we had the best outcome. She really has your back and is just an amazing person. She was even helpful with the financial part when I didn’t understand something. I can’t say enough good things about here. If your looking to sell or buy she is the person to go too!

Dyndi was amazing! I was a first time home buyer and had no clue where to start. She was the agent of a home we were interested in seeing but we didnt have a realtor yet. She was kind enough to meet us at the property and show us the place. We ended up looking around at other houses but finally decided on the one she showed us. I called Dyndi and asked her if she would be willing to meet us at the property again so we could see it one more time before making decision. While we were there I asked her if she would be willing to represent both sides of the sale and she was happy to help us. She worked with both sides fairly to try to get the best scenario for us and the sellers. Dyndi also got us connected with a mortgage company that was able to finance our home as quite a few companies we checked with wouldn't do to it, with it being a barndiminium. Along the way she helped answer any silly new home owner questions I had and was always very quick to get back to me.

Dyndi helped make my first time home buying expierenece an awesome one! We closed on our new home July 1st. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient and honest realtor!

I’ve only purchased a few homes in my lifetime, in my experience, this can be one of the most stressful times of your life. I have to say with Ms. Gibson at the controls this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable home purchase. We were looking for our “Forever Home” and most certainly not willing to settle for just anything. We drug Ms. Gibson all over the state looking at several potentials. She had a great excited and unwilling to settle with us attitude. She was so in tune with what we were looking for that when the right home came along, she knew it was it as soon as we did (actually before we did, since she opened it and walked through before we arrived). Telling us when we got there, “I believe this could very well be the one you’ve been looking for”. She wasn’t wrong. We fell in love with it!!!
She took care of everything, keeping everything on course to the closing table. With us having a VA loan, I know she jumped through several hoops too keep everything on course. Bravo Dyndi for your expertise and professionalism!!! I will be singing your praises to everyone I know!!!

I was a first time homeowner and I was expecting the process to be difficult and confusing, but Dyndi made the whole thing easy. She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and was very patient with me. I never felt that she was wasting my time or trying to push me into buying a house I wasn't sure of. She knows what to look for when it comes to potential problems with a house and was upfront and honest about any downsides. Once I picked the place she hit the ground running. She has plenty of contacts and was able to get all of the inspections done within days. She walked me through each step of the process and had the answers to all of my questions. I closed in 30 days without a hitch. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who's looking to buy and have already sent someone her way. If Google had more then 5 stars I'd give her 100. Dyndi was our realtor when we decided to buy our home. I had never gone through the process & had a million questions. She was very patient and answered every one of them. She was always readily available by phone or text and was quick to respond. When we found houses we wanted to look at she would always get all of the info and if there were any concerns let us know before we went to see the house. Once we decided on the house we wanted to put a contract on she helped walk us through it. She gave advice when we asked but also let us make all of our own decisions. I was nervous about the whole process but Dyndi made everything very easy, always kept us up-to-date on what the next step was, and helped us every step of the way. When we were moving and forgot our key, she was out of town but she had a fellow realtor get the lockbox key out so we did not have to go 90 miles out of our way to go home and get a key! I had been working towards selling my house for over a year. Dyndi had sold my brother’s house and he was happy with the speed of the sale and lack of issues during closing. He highly recommended Dyndi to me. I contacted Dyndi and informed her of my intent to sell my house and that I did not want to wait all summer for a buyer. She inspected the house and provided several recommendations, which were addressed. I was worried it would take weeks or months to get a potential buyer and was shocked when I had a signed contract the day it was listed. The closing took place one month later without any issues.
