We were so fortunate and pleased that Eadie assisted us in the sale of our home. From the beginning to the end she was very professional and planned everything perfectly. She gave us great guidance and recommendations that lead us to sell our home quickly and over asking price. She was very helpful in the filtering the multiple offers received to best suit our needs. She was respectful of our time, feedback, and very responsive to our questions. Through an intense weekend of showings and multiple offers, she stayed connected with us. In a process that can be difficult, Eadie makes you feel like she has got everything under control.

Eadie was the realtor we chose when it came time to sell my Father's home. She made the entire transaction, from listing the home to closing, an easy, smooth process. She was extremely responsive whenever we had questions regarding various issues pertaining to the negotiation/sale. She made us feel like we were her only client, although I knew she had many. Eadie was a valuable resource, providing us with numerous professional references from stagers and Radon testers to Real Estate Attorneys. We utilized several of the people she recommended and we were very pleased with the quality, cost and professionalism of those referrals. This was not the first time we utilized Eadie as our realtor, and it will definitely not be the last! She is the absolute best at what she does! If you are looking for a realtor, look no further!

From start to finish Eadie was remarkable and made the entire selling process a wonderful experience! She knew just what to do to get our house ready, with simple, "doable" tips to enhance the showing. She was always available for any questions or concerns and was always able to communicate with us great feedback. Her experience and knowledge of "what to expect" was spot on! Eadie is such a gem! She helped us buy and later sell our Naperville home. She went above and beyond in both cases to make the deal work as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in the area!

Thanks to her knowledge and experience we were able to price our home right and sell it quickly! This was the 8th home that I have purchased in my lifetime and therefore I have worked with a lot of realtors between all those buy/sell transactions. Eadie McMahon is by far the best I have ever worked with. I had settled into thinking that all realtors are basically the same in terms of the value they can add to the process, due to so much information being available on apps and websites now. Working with Eadie reminded me that a truly GREAT realtor can indeed make a difference. First of all, as my buyer's agent she came up with listings that didn't even appear online. Her knowledge of the area, builders, home value trends, pros and cons of certain neighborhoods, etc. was extremely valuable. Then when it came to a competitive bidding situation her expertise and creativity was invaluable in making sure we got the home we wanted without overpaying unnecessarily. Lastly, she did not disappear once we were in contract; she remained involved every step of the way until and after closing to make sure everything stayed on schedule and went smoothly. I recommend Eadie 1000% to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home in the Naperville area!

Eadie is a very positive thinking individual and excludes confidence when discussing home listing details. I think she has seen every type of client/residence listing. She will present your home and your neighborhood data on line and transmit it to your email address. Very up to date on using current technology, no more paper binders, books, various printouts. You will have access to your and all your competing listings on your phone or laptop. Eadie will compare your home to other residences that are of similar design/floor plan and not just every home on the market nearby. This is very important to establish a price listing point. Eadie can also give you local contractors and other services that a seller might need to resolve your home inspection corrections. You can't go wrong with selecting Eadie as your listing realtor.
