Mr McArthur is the best person that I have met.I Believe he was my Facebook friend. An I asked him could he find me a house out of lanvel towers. That place is really a hot mess.. So he told me yes. I did all the paper work with him and Mr Spencer. Lord before I paid my last payment. I had seen a home that I liked. Him sand Mr Spencer made it happen. Also Mr Jerome has a beautiful wife. She kind of made me cry she also was in on the opportunity with me. When they gave me my keys at the closing I was lost for words. But I had a moving company an got out of there. They explained everything to me with my sister Carolyn Putty help. Been in the house for a month now met my neighbors. I would like to say Thank you Mr Jerome and Mr Spencer so much. An Remember. October 2023 I started with McArthur Reality, at first I was stubborn and was looking for everything pleasing to my dreams. Fast forward March 2025 I had been living in my home for almost 1 year renting and the Landlord offered it to me at an amazing price. My first thought was call Ebony/Jerome McArthur and Spencer Bangert. The team was on top of everything from start to finish in June 2025 when I was officially a home owner and at closing 0 money down and I got money back. Knowing Ebony from high school gave me confidence to trust McArthur reality but our on going relationship from our first time homebuyers seminars and continued connection through phone calls, emails,and texts made it better to take the journey. We selected The McArthur Group as the company we wanted to represent us in our home buying process after attending their First Time Home Buyer Seminar.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jerome McArthur. We were first-time homebuyers with barely any knowledge about the home buying process.

From start to finish Jerome was very responsive. His professionalism, honesty and knowledge of home construction and the local market left us thoroughly impressed. He was great about making appointments and we would view the homes at our earliest convenience. He was also transparent with us when it came to all the homes we viewed.

Every time we viewed a new property Jerome would perform a systematic inspection, looking for any problematic signs and he would inform us on the quality of construction. Jerome has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding, when we wanted to give up because we couldn’t really find what we were looking for, with our budget, he encouraged and mentored us.

We finally found a house that we liked at a price we were comfortable with, and we are extremely grateful to Jerome for his dedication to finding us our first home.

Always available and gets back to you when she says she is... came prepared and provided documentation about the homes we were looking at .. once we selected a home she put it in our bids same day! Just a wonderful person to work with ! If for any reason she could not show us a home do to schedule conflicts she had her husband step in and show us homes! My Fiancé Chris and I were so pleased with our home buying journey with Ebony McArthur and her Partner Jerome McArthur. They were Courteous, thorough in explaining our home buying process, patient (we asked a lot of questions), prompt with phones calls and our home search "meet ups", and extremely professional (although they made US feel like family). I don’t usually do reviews but I could not hold this review back. Ebony was very professional. I didn’t qualify for much as a first time home buyer with student loan debt but Ebony continued to encourage me and worked hard to find me something that fits me and my family needs. She was very knowledgeable and kept me abrupt with every step of my home buying process. She answered my calls no matter what time of day or night it was to discuss my fears and concerns.
