As a native Rancho Bernardo resident, Ed was lucky enough to assist his father, Dick Ashman, in the Real Estate field from a young age. With a long standing history and deep love of the Rancho Bernardo area, Ed’s father was able to both list and sell new construction as well as existing properties in the area.

Ed’s familiarity and fondness for the San Diego area have brought him to purchase his own piece of paradise in the area he has come to know and love. As a current resident of The Rancho Bernardo Greens, Ed and with his awesome wife Kelly get to enjoy their time right in the heart of San Diego with their 3 fantastic children Patrick (16), Nora (14) and Anna (12), and their Golden Retrievers Murphy and Timber. When not working with clients you may find Ed playing tennis, pickleball, golf or attending one of his children’s sporting events.
