Ed Barker

I grew up in Paducah attending Paducah City Schools and have lived here most of my life. I was lucky enough to play football at Virginia Tech, but soon yearned to go back home. My business experience includes working for large and small companies in the Paducah area with titles of National Sales Manager, VP and General Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manger and President & CEO. I have served for a number of years on the Board of Paducah Water and currently serve as Board Chairman.
