We were lucky enough to meet up with Ed Fahner via one of his listed properties at Mount Olive Shores in Polk City Florida. Ed had multiple properties listed in the area we were interested in. It was great for us because dealing with the listing agent makes the process of buying so much easier. Ed was able to line up multiple properties tours after we showed up unexpectedly, (calling him from the front of the house we were interested in). Within hours of calling Ed we had toured four of Ed’s listed homes. Once our minds were made up Ed worked on a deal that satisfied both the seller and ourselves as his clients. My wife and I, being new to the area, were also grateful that Ed was able to help us with multiple contacts for businesses such as home inspection, home insurance, local utilities, local contractors for small improvements we were interested in making to our new property, etc. Ed takes his job very seriously making sure his clients are happy, well informed and never left waiting for answers when they have questions.
