Ed Irwin provides his clients in the greater Seattle area with a truly unique "ONE-STOP-SHOP" for real estate and home finance service. Having attained a law degree from the University of Washington, Ed specialized in writing proposals for large scale real estate developments. Later he attained a real estate broker's license, then went on to earn CMC (Certified Mortgage Consultant) credentials - the highest certification of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1983. That year Ed founded his company - Integra Real Estate and Mortgage.

Preferring to think of himself as a real estate and mortgage COACH, Ed takes seriously his responsibility of fully informing and advising his clients of the risks and opportunities they may encounter in achieving their goals. He treats his clients like family, and enjoys empowering them to make the best possible decisions for their personal real estate and home loan needs.

Ed's knowledge of the law, combined with more than 29 years of experience in handling some of the most difficult and complicated real estate and financial transactions allows him to anticipate and successfully negotiate for his clients, issues others may overlook.
