Ed has more than 20 years of real estate success in Jackson Hole, where he quickly became one of the top agents in the area. His extensive and exceptional market knowledge combined with unparalleled service to his customers has made referrals the key to his business success. Ed uses the marketing and negotiating skills he developed as an executive with Procter & Gamble for the benefit of his clients. In 2012, Ed took over as president of Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty and returned the company to profitability. Having produced exceptional results in just a couple of years, he returned to being a full-time agent focused on his real estate business and non-profit work in the community. He was immediately successful in returning to a market leadership role and has been continually ranked as one of the top individual agents in Jackson Hole.
Ed’s experience includes sales and listings of some of the most prestigious properties in Jackson Hole, as well as extensive representation of condos and smaller land and residential parcels. His ability to find the right property for buyers and the right match for sellers is unique and is why he continues to be a top producer in Wyoming and Idaho. Ed’s clients come back to him and refer friends and family to him because they trust him, appreciate his integrity, value his business expertise, problem solving ability, communication skills and his commitment to customer service that results in a true partnership in the process.
Ed is known throughout Jackson Hole for his non-profit work and service to the community. He currently serves as president of the Jackson Hole Airport Board, chairman emeritus of the St. John’s Health Foundation, commander of the Jackson Hole VFW Post, Veterans Day and Memorial Day service leader for the American Legion, Jackson Hole AIR Board member, secretary of the Wyoming Lottery Corp (appointed by Governor Mark Gordon), and Habitat for Humanity Future Projects Committee member. Ed also chaired the hospital’s most recent capital campaign which exceeded its goals and raised more than $19 million. He is a member of the Rotary Club, past Rotary Foundation Chair and a member of the Wednesday Lunch Group. He was chair of the Community Safety Network Board for six years and chaired the Town of Jackson centennial celebration. Ed has served on numerous other non-profit as well as for-profit boards. In addition, Ed and his wife continue to be strong supporters of and donors to a number of non-profits in the area.
Ed is the only person from Wyoming to ever have been honored by the National Association of Realtors with their Good Neighbor Award. He also has been awarded Teton Board of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year in recognition of his professional excellence in real estate.
