Since I met him, I've noticed he truly knows what he's doing, he's extremely professional, and whenever I had a question or a concern, he would always respond in a timely manner. His schedule flexibility extremely helped me since I work a lot. He's a handworker and without a doubt, he's one of the few people I extremely recommend.

We were looking to rent a home but we were discriminated and were told to buy a home because we are a big family. I called Eduardo and he gave me SEVERAL OPTIONS. He never doubted that we had the funds or asked if we could really afford a home. It is hard for a Latino family to purchase without being discriminated. I am so thankful that now my parents have a home that is safe and to their liking. He made it possible and went out of his way to fix all the little kinks the house had. We saw multiple houses and he was never pressured to make a fast decision. He was very responsive and took all the calls. I called him a lot but never did I get the feeling he was annoyed especially because my daughter was giggling in the background. He is very respectful, mindful, and patient. To anyone who wants to buy a home to your liking not anyone else's liking go with him.

Mr Moreno has been a friend of mine for almost 20 years now.. At first he was a contract that I acquired through my Security company.. but I liked his work ethics and his thrive on anything he did ..he owned multiple businesses and still was a 100 percent family man ..we Became good friends and still kept a business relationship. I'm getting my house ready to sale and It will be Mr Moreno that I'm using and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for someone to take care and put more then just a job on getting the customers what there actually looking for..not what the Agent is trying to sale/buy for you ..Thanks
