I engaged Ed Motto based on a direct mail I received from him. He answered my inquiry almost immediately and we met to discuss the properties I intended to sell. From there, Ed sprang into action. He has strong relationships with quality vendors, and we were able to touch-up and stage my properties quickly. In addition, Ed tapped into his network and marketed the properties. Most importantly, Ed was very aggressive in conducting open houses for the properties at regularly scheduled intervals so that they would remain visible. As a result of Ed’s efforts, I was able to sell my properties in a short time frame. I very much enjoyed working with Ed Motto on selling my parents downtown Chicago (Lincoln Park) condo. Over the years, my parents had always received mailings from Ed about activity on rentals and sales on my parents building which was very helpful in understanding the market. I called Ed to talk to him about selling my parents condo and I felt very comfortable talking with him. Ed listened to my thoughts, ideas and what we needed from the sale of this condo. Ed did a great job explaining what he does, where the market is at right now and what that means based on his knowledge of the area. Based on his recommendations we put our unit up for sale and had showings within the first 2 days and a full price offer that we accepted.
