Ed has been involved in the Real Estate business for over 20 years as a Realtor®, Investor, Property Manager, and Licensed Mortgage Broker. His background includes experience with a variety of property types including single family homes, commercial properties, multifamily, farms/ranches, and land for development. He has also worked with lenders such as HUD, VA, and others to help sell REO Properties to investors and individuals alike.
While Ed has a broad variety of experience in the business, his main focus has been on commercial and investment property and REO properties. He has owned and managed single and multifamily properties as well as small commercial properties. Ed is experienced in all aspects of these types of transactions including project development, leasing, property management and sales. Ed's background in the financial services end of the business has given him a complete understanding of all the intricacies involved in financing and maintaining profitability in income producing property. His own investments have allowed him to experience firsthand what it takes to be successful.
