About Ed

Ed Stiefel has been an entrepreneur from a very young age. He grew up in Paramus, New Jersey. Ed moved to Florida to study at Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a degree in business administration.

Ed has a knowledgeable background in all phases of residential and commercial construction. In addition to real estate, he also owns a separate painting and construction company. Ed specializes in investing in real estate and sourcing off market properties for fix and flips, rentals, and developments. He achieved his first flip at only 24 years old, and has not looked back. Looking into the future, Ed’s goal is to have real estate development be an integral part of his focus. Ed’s ability to look at real estate from another prospective provides an advantage to his real estate clients. Whether buying or selling, Ed’s due diligence, knowledge, business sense and work ethic enhance any client’s experience.

Ed has various hobbies that he pursues in his free time including fishing, traveling, and boxing. He values family time and makes it a priority.
