I met Eddie back in 2016 when he helped me purchase my first home. I was 26 years old and very nervous about the process and what it would take to purchase my first home. Eddie made me feel very comfortable and I could contact him at any time, including the weekends, and he would always reply back with an answer for me. We have kept in contact over the years and I am now 31 and he is helping me sell that same home that I purchased years ago. I spoke with him recently and told him that I’m interested in real estate and investing. The land purchase was first! Now we're in the process of selling. To say this process has been simple and seamless is an understatement. Sometimes I forget that we're in the process of some major deals because it's been amazingly smooth and stress-free working with Eddie! He's professional, responsive, and super patient (which I totally appreciate and need). Equally as important, he knows his stuff!!! Lots of people equate selling and/or buying a new home as being a stressful process. This is not the case with Eddie! Selling our home and buying a new one was a smooth process.
