Eddie was referred to our family by one of his clients, who also happens to be a longtime friend of my father. After reading his outstanding reviews and hearing such a strong personal recommendation, we felt confident reaching out to him to assist us with the purchase of our very first home. One of the factors that set Eddie apart was that he is bilingual in English and Spanish, which was especially important to us, as my parents felt more comfortable discussing business matters in their native language.

From the very beginning, Eddie was thorough, transparent, and professional, which we greatly appreciated given the significance of this milestone for our family. He guided us through every step of the process with exceptional patience and flexibility, ensuring that we always felt informed and supported. Eddie was very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent—we were always kept informed and felt confident every step of the way. Most importantly he was able to secure the model home for us, which is exactly what we liked and hoped for.

On top of that, Eddie negotiated closing credits, all brand new appliances to be included. This was going above and beyond our expectations. He also got the carpets professionally cleaned for us before we moved in. We’re extremely grateful and would highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.
