I began my career in commercial real estate construction, managing projects from the ground up, ensuring they were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This hands-on experience in construction has given me a unique understanding of the development process, which I leverage in my current role.
Over the years, I transitioned into sales and leasing, where my market knowledge and negotiation skills allowed me to close significant deals, helping clients maximize the value of their investments. Whether representing landlords, tenants, or buyers, I have successfully brokered leases and sales for a variety of commercial properties, always focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients.
In addition to sales and leasing, I’ve managed commercial real estate portfolios, where I’ve been responsible for everything from tenant relations to financial performance and long-term asset management. This has allowed me to develop a strategic approach to real estate that focuses on maximizing the value of each property over time.
