My wife and I started our home buying process in late May/Early June. We were referred to Ed by a mutual connection… we heard great things. In a hyper-competitive market, we had just our second offer accepted in June. Closed on and took possession of our house by mid-July. A very quick process. We were extremely happy with Ed’s service and knowledge. I highly recommend Ed and I now consider him a friend!

As a first time home buyer, I had many questions coming into the process, and was wary as I'd heard that your buyers agent (realtor) and lender are the team that will make or break your experience purchasing a home. I first found Ed from his Youtube channel, and did a little research on him online which seemed promising. I gave him a shout and from the first call I knew I was in good hands with a very knowledgeable, experienced professional. Any time, day or night, Edgar was willing and able to walk me through the process and explain key milestones to me in a way that I could understand, and he went above and beyond working with my lender to put a deal together that took into account my situation and preferences, even in choppy market conditions. I just closed on my home last Friday, and I can already say that the next time I'm in the market I'll be coming right back to Ed, and I'll be referring any of my friends that decide to buy a home to him!

He is always very responsive, he reassures you when you’re having doubts about anything, and he finds the best solutions to all of the problems you encounter when buying or selling a house. Edgar helped me buy a duplex from out of state(as a first-time homebuyer) without me even needing to go there. I appreciate his willingness to help in any situation with video walkthroughs and even when he drove me back home after dropping off my rental car lol.

Other agents I attempted to work with either wouldn't respond to my calls/texts or would pass me on to one of their team members who wouldn't help. I am definitely grateful to have worked with someone who has the knowledge of metro Detroit and positive attitude like Edgar. I look forward to working with you again!

Since day one, Edgar was working hard to get us in position to get our perfect house. He was patient and listened to all of our demands (there were quite a few) and was reliable through all the ups and downs.
