Thank you for selling our condo, getting us WELL ABOVE asking, dealing with the tenants, including what a mess the unit was when they lived there AND dealing -- at the very last minute -- with the couch they left behind!!! Thank you for "staging" the condo, greatly increasing the "curb appeal," and doing absolutely anything and everything that needed to be done to "get us over the finish line!"

Your knowledge and expertise, your willingness to do what needed to be done are commendable and we greatly appreciate everything you did for us.
You were very communicative throughout the process and kept us well informed; you were always available for a phone call to walk us through the process and really -- REALLY!! -- made this as painless for us as it could've been!

To anyone considering a realtor in the Northern Virginia area:
If you don't hire Edith Maioriello to sell your home you are taking money out of your own pocket!

VERY helpful along the whole process. Edith came highly recommended from mutual friends. She was very patient with us as we were first time home buyers and relocating from the West Coast. She sent us daily updates of listings that fit our preferences and budget and helped us ultimately narrow down the properties we wanted to view. Once we found a property she made the offer process VERY easy. During escrow she even did the research for us to get a home and septic/well inspection so we could spend time with family that was visiting from out of town. All in all would HIGHLY recommend Edith as a real estate agent and will go to her for our future needs.

Hands down the most informative Realestate Agent in the DMV. She has helped me purchase two homes in the area. She has a great developed network of lenders and title companies in the area to meet any need. I look forward to working with in the future! I am a Active Duty and used VA loan. I couldn't be more happy or satisfied with my experience. Thanks to Edith I was able to pretty much close right away after a long military move from overseas. She did all of the hard work looking at TONS of homes giving me video walk throughs' until we found the right one while I was deployed. Because of her willingness to go the extra mile looking at places before I got state side she saved me a crazy amount of money and stress by not having to stay at a hotel long term. I absolutely love my house she found for me, but if I ever sell Edith will be the woman I go to.

We recently closed on a townhouse with Edith help.

We invest in different properties. Some of them we keep and rent out, some we sell. We do this for 10 years now and during this time we worked with different real estate agents. None of them raised to the level of professionalism and care that Edith has.

During the negotiations we felt that she had our best interested at heart. We were in danger of losing the house because the condo questionnaire came with what seemed to be not enough reserve funds. Edith called the association and asked them to explain the meaning of every questionnaire item related to the reserve funds. During this conversation, she realized that the bank was looking at the wrong questionnaire item to determine the amount of reserve funds. She let my loan officer know and we were able to move on with the deal.

Because of her diligence and care, we gladly recommend Edith to anyone that needs a realtor who it’s not only competent but sincerely has your best interest at heart. Thank you again Edith and we are looking forward to working with you again.
