About Edmund
Ed Feijo was raised in a family that worked in development and construction just outside the Boston-area, which helped provide the foundation for his success in real estate. Ed’s upbringing instilled in him the value of hard work and the importance of celebrating success by lifting up others. Working exclusively with sellers and developers, Ed has annually ranked among the top Coldwell Banker sales associates and has received both the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award and International President's Circle Award. Ed’s knowledge of location coupled with his creative energy and ability to negotiate the best deals have enabled him to forge lasting relationships with numerous clients and other professionals in the industry. “I want people to feel comfortable with me and see the value in working with me,” Ed explains. “I want them to know I’m going to find them the right thing and help them through the process of creating the right property. They know I’m not just here for a quick sale. I believe demonstrating to my clients my understanding of the market and back their properties a hundred percent. Clients know I’m passionate about their product and will represent their brand.” Additionally, Ed is a certified home marketing and negotiating specialist. He enjoys working with developers from the earliest stages of projects and helping create properties with features that buyers will find attractive. He has more than 16 years of sales, management and marketing experience to complement his role with Coldwell Banker. “I’ve been entrenched in this business I was a kid,” says Ed. “I wanted to be an architect or an attorney, so this profession gives me the best of both worlds. I get to deal with housing and negotiate a deal. My passion comes from seeing all the things I envisioned as a kid fulfilled as a real estate agent.” Ed is proactive in providing the best experience for his clients, from the beginning of the process until the end. “It’s everything from their trust in your sense of design, to pricing and location,” he explains. “The clients need to believe that you know what is going to sell and what needs to be done to create the most attractive property for buyers. Whenever I bring someone a project, I’ve already got an idea of what it can become. I come prepared with many ideas and then my clients can add their own sense of style.” This is a formula that has worked time and time again. On top of all his successes in real estate, Ed is passionate about giving back to the community. He is a board member and trustee of multiple non-profits.
