About Edward

I was a flight attendant for 28 years with a major airline. I have a slight problem - I can't sit still - I had a flexible schedule and was able to delve into some very profitable side ventures. I have worked as an investment consultant, loan officer, prepared income taxes, and had my own home remodeling business. All of these were stepping stones that lead me to my passion - real estate! I was injured on the job as a flight attendant and had to take time off to recover. In 2009 a long time friend had just started in real estate and convinced me to join him - what started out as a part time job turned into a life long career. I love and live my job! I am very technology minded so as long as I have my phone and a lap top I can do my job just about anywhere - and I do!
What excites you about your work? I love the art of the deal! Negotiations, the back and forth sometimes nail biting deals - Getting my client the best deal - I live for that.
Where can we find you when you are not working? Not working? I don't understand the question - if I am sitting in a restaurant, with the neighbors, my daughters - I am always networking - you never know who needs real estate help.
What is you favorite room in the house? The kitchen - I don't cook I create! Nothing is better than sitting down over a good meal and catching up with people.
What do you do in your spare time? I like to play golf, Philadlephia sports - Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, taking my 3 dogs to the dog park, traveling.
Five things I cannot live without: My wife, my daughters, my dogs, coffee, sports.
