About Edward

As a full-time Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in Commercial Real Estate, Land Development, Industrial Properties, Investment Properties, and Business Brokerage. My career began in my home state of New Jersey during the 1980s when I had the opportunity to join The Rouse Company, a prominent real estate development firm focused on national and international shopping mall development and management. Achieving my Broker License in Florida & Tennessee.

After relocating to Florida in 2000 and obtaining my real estate license, I joined Coldwell Banker Residential NRT Corporate Group, where I spent over nine years building a strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate. In 2012, I transitioned to Keller Williams Realty / KW Commercial, where I earned my Real Estate Broker’s license.

In April 2017, I was appointed Temporary Managing Broker for Society Living Realty Group, followed by my role as Managing Broker with Master Realty. I later rejoined Coldwell Banker with RCC Commercial, continuing to grow my commercial expertise.

Today, I am proud to serve as part of FHRM Commercial, a division of Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage, where we provide a full suite of commercial real estate services, including Office, Retail, Industrial, Land, Business Brokerage, and Commercial Leasing.

I am an active member of the Realtors® Commercial Alliance and the Global Business Alliance of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and Saint Lucie County. As part of the combined entity of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors® and the RAPB+GFLR, we represent over 38,000 REALTORS®, making us the third-largest real estate association in the United States and the second-largest in Florida.

My clientele spans Commercial, International, and Residential markets — locally, nationally, and globally. I remain committed to ongoing education and professional development to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
