Edward Hartman

Edward Hartman is an Annapolis native who attended Severn School before going on to receive a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, where he played club lacrosse and was a member of the Chi Psi fraternity. After returning to Annapolis he worked as a boat repossession agent for two years before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, he was an intern for the Honorable Ronald Silkworth in Anne Arundel Circuit Court and a research assistant for the University of Baltimore Civil Advocacy Clinic. Edward was also a Rule 19-217 student attorney and lettered a paper on the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the Second Amendment.

Edward’s interests include competitive sailing, the Second Amendment, and martial arts. He will be getting married in the Spring of 2018.
