Edward Henderson is dedicated and energetic Associate Broker who was born in a family of real estate and entrepreneurs. He maximizes relationships and provides substantive results in building good business as he’s done for his family run Real Estate School located in Washington, DC, Maryland Virginia and Pennsylvania. Ed is capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and modeling of all forms of data provided by ownership of commercial real estate properties and/or clients of Coldwell Banker Commercial, with a focus on the valuation of assets and streamlining the entire deal-making process.
Edward’s focus is providing real estate and business solutions utilizing his analytical and marketing background for both investors, sellers and operators throughout the commercial real estate industry. He understands the depth and intricacies of every client’s goals, and ensures that all of his client’s objectives are measured and calculated to lead to ultimate success.
