Edward sold my house 4 years ago. I had moved out of the house in Romeoville to a new home in Sycamore. During the sales cycle, I was kept up to date on all activities including, letting me know when I needed to mow the Lawn. I would absolutely work with Edward again! From start to finish working with Ed (and his team) was a great experience! We would highly recommend him! Specifically, when he first met with us he was very well prepared with a market analysis and comparables. He knew the market for our home and provided great insights and candid opinions. He spent at least 2 hours with us covering all of this information! He also spent another 2 hours going over the contract to list the house and made sure that we understood all of the documents. That really impressed us! Once we signed with him, he brought in the rest of his team. This included someone who helped to stage the interior of our house and professional photographers who used a combination of drones to capture the outside of the house and also created an incredible video of the interior of the home!!! Once the house was listed Ed continued to work WITH US to get our house sold. We appreciated his creative marketing strategies and we believe he really works hard to sell your home!!! Once our home was sold he was also excellent at guiding us through the various steps that are involved in getting from an accepted offer through to the closing! He was great! We always felt that he was "on our side" and was our advocate. He was always available and was always very responsive! We could go on and on, but in summary, our experience with Ed was great!!! If you use him you won't be disappointed!!!
