Edward is the founding fiduciary of Triple Net Absolute, a commercial real estate consultation, advisory, management and brokerage firm covering the southeastern region of the US, headquartered in Nashville, TN.

TNA helps with client acquisitions, dispositions and like-kind tax deferred exchanges (IRC §1031) of net leased properties with a focus on national tenants with investment grade credit in the essential business asset class and, aged higher capitalization, value-add assets. TNA works the southeast, prefers red, low tax & no state income tax states and the top 100 growing markets.

Edward has managed and brokered retail banking property dispositions, lease extensions, modifications, early buyouts and terminations, from a 38 state portfolio of over 1900 owned and leased properties, as a global outsource RE advisor representing a top 10 U.S. commercial bank.

Brokerage and sales in other real estate segments such as office space, flex space, undeveloped land, townehomes, high-rise condominiums and over 270 single new home construction transactions in various types of wood frame construction.
