I 100% recommend Edwin as a real estate agent. I always felt that he had my best interest at heart, he gave good advice, was incredibly responsive, and I always felt like he was on my side. I was a first time home buyer- he was patient with walking me through the process, and I had a particularly difficult case and he stuck with me all the way through the end and never let up in advocating for me. I think everyone should hope for a real estate agent like Edwin.

My husband and I met Edwin and Alex of The Agency -DC when we first started looking for a home. We were attending an open house that they were representing and were greeted by their warm and kind personalities. Because we were still early in the house hunting process we had not yet started looking for a realtor but they definitely left an impression. A couple of months later, when we were ready to start seriously looking for a home, The Agency-DC was the first realtor group we looked into. Not only were we impressed by their great reputation and online reviews but also our first-hand experience with both Edwin and Alex at the open house we attended.
As first time homebuyers we were extremely nervous about finding the right house, within our budget, in this 2021 sellers market. However, Edwin quickly put our minds at ease and assured us that we would find our house, it just may take some time and patience. Edwin put us in touch with a great lender so that we had a pre-approval and all of our ducks in a row prior to looking at any houses. After that, everything went pretty quickly. We toured about 5 homes and decided we wanted to put in an offer on one of them. Edwin was able to set up a tour for us on the house on a Friday, a pre-inspection on a Saturday and we started working on the offer on a Sunday. By that Monday we found out that our offer was accepted!
We were so amazed that the first offer that we put down in this extremely competitive market was accepted. However, we know that it was all due to Edwin’s great communication with the sellers agent. We would highly recommend Edwin and the Agency-DC. Edwin was great to work with because he was always quick to respond to emails and texts messages and made sure we had everything we needed in order to put down a competitive offer. We are all settled into our new home now but know that if we ever move in the future, we will definitely go back to Edwin and the Agency-DC.
