Edyta Sawin

I was born and raised in Poland. I have lived in the Austin area for the last 25 years. I have 13 years of experience in the Title Industry, working as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and running my own signing business.  I am detail oriented and have a very strong - my client is always right - approach.  I will work hard to get the client from contract to close and will strive to get the job done.  I am also personable and very loyal.
In my personal life I am a mom to two incredible young ladies.  My older daughter - Kassandra - is 23 years old and about to graduate from Baylor Nursing School and also commission into the US Air Force as a Second Lieutenant in the capacity of a nurse.  She will be serving our incredible country at an AF base in Ohio.  Mu younger daughter Julia is about to turn 20 and is a sophomore at University of Mary Hardin Baylor, also studying nursing.  My husband Greg and I have been married for almost 25 years and we live on a small acreage in the Driftwood area.  I enjoy gardening, tending to my dairy goats, making goat cheese, goat milk soaps, yogurt and kefir.  I also have a flock of chickens and absolutely love my farm's fresh eggs.  Apart from having farm animals I am a mom to my fur babies; Cyrus - a 7-year-old mini poodle mix; Lily - 2.5-year-old German shepherd mix; Mittens - our 14-year-old tuxedo cat and Zoe - his adopted 3-year-old sister.  We also have an occasional visitation from my grand-kitty JoJo, or as we all call her JoJo the terrorist, since her personality is bigger than life.  I would love to be your real estate agent and helping you find your perfect home, or get your home sold!  In addition to English, I speak fluent Polish.
