Ehab holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University, and ranks in the Top 5% of all San Diego Realtors by SDAR & The San Diego-Union Tribune. He has over twenty years of executive-level sales, finance, and marketing experience, and is an expert at reading the market, anticipating client needs, and building strategies that yield results.
Ehab brings to Compass an intense work ethic, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the boundless "New York" energy for which his hometown is famous, and balances it with his passion for helping those around him achieve their dreams. He is a recipient of the 2021 Silver Medal Circle of Excellence Award.

Outside of real estate, he is an avid traveler, enjoys sailing, playing volleyball, hiking with his 13-year-old rescue dog, Coco, exploring San Diego's many taco shops, and loves being an uncle to his niece and nephews. He is passionate about giving back to various charitable causes, including the San Diego Food Bank, the North Shore Animal League, and the Human Rights Campaign. He is a Founding Member of the National LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and is an active member of the San Diego Equality Business Association.
