Proudly serving South Orange County, Inland Empire, and Nevada communities as a relocation-focused real estate professional. A licensed REALTOR® since 2023, I bring more than 30 years of prior experience in California public service. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, combined with my municipal background, gives me a rare advantage in understanding neighborhoods, public records, zoning, and the details of complex transactions.

Over the course of my public service career, I worked in various departments across the cities of San Bernardino, Colton, and Laguna Niguel. In San Bernardino, my roles included positions in the City Clerk’s Office, as a Real Property Specialist in Public Works, and an Administrative Analyst II in Code Enforcement. I then served as an Elected City Clerk/Records Manager for the City of Colton, where I coordinated the formation of the Military Banner Program and created the Colton Core Volunteer and Internship Program. I later served as City Clerk for the City of Laguna Niguel where, together with the Orange County Registrar of Voters, conducted a historic election with a record number of candidates during a pandemic. Those years negotiating city-owned properties, managing right-of-way projects, overseeing elections, and managing complex projects sharpened my attention to detail and documentation—skills I now apply to every transaction.

After retiring from Laguna Niguel in 2022, I relocated to Nevada to spend time with family. During that time, I acquired a Nevada real estate license, which I still hold today. I now serve as a real estate strategist and relocation guide for clients moving within and between California and Nevada. Recent work includes a new construction project for first time home buyers relocating from San Francisco to Nevada, where I had the pleasure of acting as their on-site advocate from dirt lot to key delivery. I also navigated my own move back to Laguna Niguel, so I understand firsthand the emotional and financial weight of such a major transition.

I hold a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification with the National Association of Realtors, which supports my focus on second homes, investment properties, and lifestyle-driven moves.
