About Eileen

I've lived in Las Vegas since 1980. Long enough to know the difference between the city people visit and the one they actually live in.
That second city is the one I sell. The guard-gated communities most people don't know how to get into. The homes that never hit the market. The neighborhoods behind the walls, where families put down roots and the neon is something you see from a distance, if at all.

My clients are people relocating from out of state, sellers who need the right buyer and not just any offer, and investors building a foothold in Nevada.
At this level, the work that matters happens before a listing ever goes live, and away from the public market. I price honestly. I negotiate quietly. I tell you the real number, not the one that sounds good and sits.
