08/06/2011 - Bought a home in 2011 in Red Bluff Crossroads, SC 29568. WE LIVE IN CINCINNATI , OHIO ABOUT 12hrs FROM MYRTLE BEACH. EILEEN IS OUR AGENT . WHEN WE FIRST DECIDED TO BUILD A HOME THERE EILEEN HELPED US THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PICKING OUT THE LOT AND FLOORING AND PAINT AND ETC... THEN WE FOUND ON LINE THE HOUSE WE LIKED ALREADY BUILT WE CALLED HER AND ASK IF SHE WOULD GO AND CHECK IT OUT FOR US. SINCE SHE KNEW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR . EILEEN CALLED US TO COME IN , SHE WAS RIGHT AND A VERY GOOD JUDGE, IT WAS PERFECT !! EILEEN HELPED US WITH THE PURCHASE DOING THE CONTRACT THROUGH THE MAIL FEDEX . IT COULD NOT BE MORE EASY. 07/26/2011 - Bought a home in 2010. Eileen was great to work with during our process. She helped my wife and I purchase property in Little River, SC. We decided to make the North Myrtle Beach area our weekend get away and hopefully our future home. Eileen was very helpful in having properties lined up any time we called and was always prepared to work with us and be able to answer questions that we had. We love our place and look forward to a long relationship with our realtor!

07/26/2011 - Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Eileen assisted me in arranging for the short sale of a house that was owned by my wife's cousin. She was both the buyer's agent as well as the listing agent. I purchased the home because my wife's cousin was in financial difficulty and was at risk of losing the roof over his head. Eileen found a great set of comparable properties and worked extremely well with the Bank of America on the short sale process. This was very difficult because the bank procedures were not clear. We had to resubmit an offer after the first one was turned down because the then current owner was not in default (this only occurred because I had made some of his mortgage payments to avoid a potential foreclosure). Eileen was persistent while being polite and worked with me, the closing attorney, and others to arrive at an offering price well below the value of the outstanding mortgage that was also acceptable to the bank. She made the transaction easy for me and if I had not had her aid and assistance, the transaction would have taken much longer and cost me thousands more dollars. Her knowledge of the short sale process was superb at a point in time when the processes being practiced were in flux.”

06/08/2016 - Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Never have I worked with a more professional person who listens to you and responds to what you say. My purchase was a short sale. It could have been a nightmare But Eileen took me through each step with extreme patience and expertise. Her knowledge of the area I was looking in was extensive to say the least. She didn't waste her or my time looking at properties that were a definite no go! And through her knowledge of the entire process I was even able to close on the home while I was away for business. I bought a beautiful home I just love, without having to be present, all because of Eileen. You can not possibly go wrong enlisting her services. What a great lady! Thank you so much Eileen. You are the best!
